At Weekly Needs, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle order delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days depending on your location and the availability of the product.

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most orders. However, certain products or remote locations may include additional charges (if applicable, it will be shown at checkout).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply based on order value and delivery area.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be generated (if applicable) and can be used to track the shipment via our courier partner’s website.

  • You can also check your order status in the My Orders section on Weekly Needs.

5. Delivery Area

  • We currently ship across India. For international orders, please stay tuned as we expand our services.

  • In case your area is not serviceable by our courier partner, our team will contact you to provide alternatives or issue a full refund.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, we will attempt redelivery once. If it fails again, the order will be cancelled.

  • Refunds for such returned orders (if prepaid) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

7. Packaging

  • All products are securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take a video while opening and contact us immediately via the Contact Us section on Weekly Needs.
